Public consultation is structured around aspects like the release of the second digital dividend, the use of frequency bands below the 700 Mhz (470-692 MHz), procurement and use of the 700 MHz band, coexistence between emissions of broadband services Wireless in the 700o MHz band and emissions from broadcasting in the sub 700 band services, and future technological evolution of Digital Terrestrial Television above all with regard to the adoption of more efficient encodings as the HEVC (as opposed to the MPEG4) under a standard instead of the current DVB-T DVB-T2.
