Fiesta En La Madriguera, The New Film By Manolo Caro, Starring Tenoch Huerta, Is Coming To Netflix

Fiesta en la madriguera, the new Netflix production directed by Manolo Caro, with a script by Oscar winner Nicol s Giacobone, based on the literary debut of Jalisco-born writer Juan Pablo Villalobos, and starring Tenoch Huerta, will begin filming on June 15.

Fiesta en la madriguera tells the story of Tochtli, a boy who likes hats, dictionaries, samurais, guillotines, and the French. And now, all he wants is a new animal for his private zoo: a Namibian pygmy hippo. HIs father, Yolcaut, is willing to satisfy his every whim, even if that whim is an endangered exotic animal. Because Yolcaut will always manage.

This Mexican production will be shot in Guadalajara, Jalisco, and Katima Mulilo, Namibia. Additional cast includes Ra l Briones, Teresa Ruiz, Alfredo Gatica, Mercedes Hern ndez, Pierre Louis, Lizeth Selene, and special appearances by Debi Mazar and Daniel Gim nez Cacho, among others. In his return to Mexico, Manolo is venturing into this new project along with his producers, Mar a Jos C rdova and Rafa Ley, director of photography Mar a Secco, production designer JC Molina, and editor Yibran Asuad.

Fiesta en la madriguera arrives in 2024, only on Netflix.
