On ensuring the guests and participants of Ice Hockey World Championship with telecommunication services.
Company Beltelecom informs on completion of organizational and technical activities to prepare telecommunication facilities and systems to ensure the fans, guests and participants of the championship with telecommunication services, Beltelecom conducted abroad range of necessary organizational and technical activities on the network to ensure National Airport Minsk , railway station in Minsk, crossing points on the State Border of the Republic of Belarus, international transport corridors, venue places of matches ( Minsk-Arena , Chizhovka-Arena ), as well as accommodation places of the guests and participants of the championship, the official hospitality zones and fan zones with quality telecommunication services.
The national telecommunication operator RUE Beltelecom installed more than 60 000 Internet access points via Wi-Fi technology in Minsk in the venue places of matches ( Minsk-Arena , Chizhovka-Arena ), in accommodation places of the guests and participants of the championship.

Provision of Internet access services via Wi-Fi technology is ensured at State Border crossing points, transport corridors, roadside service facilities, bus and railway stations, where it is technically feasible.
The detailed coverage map and necessary information about connection conditions are available on the website byfly.by or on the appropriate authorization page, reachable in free mode upon connection to access points with identifier(SSID) Beltelecom or ByFly Wi-Fi .
For the convenience of the guests and participants of the championship a broad access cards sales network is organized at kiosks of Belsouzpechat and Minsktrans, post offices of RUE Belpochta, trading facilities, to purchase access cards, subject to the requirements of legislation, one can use tickets for the championship matches or bank cards details. For inquiry services, including connection, maintenance and, if necessary, equipment adjustment, the work of specialists with a knowledge of foreign languages is organized.
For accredited journalists on the territory of press centers and designated areas (VIP) the national telecommunications operator RUE Beltelecom organized broadband wired (landline) and wireless Internet access.
RUE Beltelecom created conditions for comfort stay of the guests and participants of the championship in Minsk, including sports, historical and cultural sites. Wide network coverage area, as well as additionally implemented reserves and capacity allow to assure quality provision of advanced telecommunications services,creating good conditions for comfortable stay of the guests and participants of the championship in Minsk.
