RTI Honored with CE Pro Quest for Quality Award for Best Dealer Programs and Incentives

SHAKOPEE, Minn. - March 31, 2011 - Remote Technologies Incorporated (RTI) today announced that CE Pro magazine readers have selected the company as a Quest for Quality Award recipient. RTI was recognized with a platinum award in the Dealer Programs/Incentives category for its unwavering commitment to the custom integration channel.

The first annual CE Pro Quest for Quality Awards program honors manufacturers and distributors for excellence in customer service. Winners were determined by the results of a readership survey conducted by CE Pro in February, when respondents were asked to evaluate manufacturers and distributors on a number of attributes including dealer programs and incentives such as special pricing and training.

At RTI we are continually looking for new ways to support professional integrators through dealer programs, incentives, comprehensive training, and more. The end result is that our network of dealers have the tools and resources that make it as easy as possible for them to install our solutions while creating a one-of-a-kind control experience for their customers, said Pete Baker, vice president of sales and marketing for RTI. We are extremely proud to have received the Quest for Quality Award. Considering that the winners are chosen by the very professionals we strive to support, it is a very gratifying recognition of our efforts.

RTIs commitment to the integration channel was formalized with the companys Committed to Custom (C2C ) mantra. C2C highlights the companys dedication to the custom installation market and its dealers by providing professional-grade and integrator-friendly control solutions that effectively address the challenges facing electronic systems contractors. Dealer training is another central component of the companys commitment, and RTI makes a wide variety of educational opportunities available through its Advanced Control University (ACU).

Through the popular Control Bucks incentive program, RTI dealers accumulate points through the purchase of RTI products and by completing on-site training courses. These points can be redeemed for products and other merchandise. In addition, RTIs Accommodation Program provides aggressively reduced pricing on RTI products for the dealers personal or demo use.

In 2010 the company introduced the Integration Zone, which offers RTI professional integrators a password-protected, dealer-only forum with monitoring and participation by RTI staff. Through Integration Zone, dealers have an online support community for the exchange of information, system files, tips, and tricks, as well as an excellent resource for discussing troubleshooting and system design questions with a network of RTI experts and dealers.
