Canal Sur adds content 4K to its services HbbTv La nueva aplicaci n bajo est ndar HbbTv ha sido desarrollada por Tmira Solutions en colaboraci n con Axi n y RTVA.
La andaluza Canal Sur ha a adido contenidos 4K a sus servicios HbbTv. La nueva aplicaci n, desarrollada por Tmira Solutions in collaboration with Axion y Canal Sur, a ade contenidos 4K a los servicios HbbTV de RTVA, que ya incluyen emisiones en directo, acceso a la completa discograf a de FlamencoRadio y la reproducci n de informativos, TV y programas de radio.
La nueva aplicaci n HbbTV de RTVA incluye una secci n de contenidos en 4K que permite a sus espectadores disfrutar de una serie de documentales de gran calidad rodados en Ultra Alta Definici n y que son fruto de la apuesta de Canal Sur por la producci n 4K en Andaluc a. Para poder disfrutar de estos contenidos se necesita sintonizar algunos de los canales de RTVA con un televisor con tecnolog a UHD y HEVC, as como una conexi n recomendada a Internet de, al menos, 100 Mbps.
Esta nueva secci n 4K complementa la amplia funcionalidad del servicio HbbTV que Axi n presta a RTVA para todos sus canales de TDT. El portal, dise ado por Canal Sur y desarrollado por Tmira Solutions, da acceso a contenidos de una gran variedad de programas de televisi n y radio, incluidos los informativos y noticias provinciales. El servicio HbbTV permite tambi n a RTVA ofrecer en directo su canal accesible y proporcionar el acceso a la completa discograf a que FlamencoRadio pone a disposici n de sus oyentes.
Desde la primera propuesta para ofrecer HbbTV en Canal Sur, Tmira Solutions ha colaborado estrechamente con Axi n y ambos con RTVA en toda la cadena de valor del servicio, para llevar a cabo este servicio que actualmente llega a todos los espectadores de Andaluc a. Axi n ha aportado su ingenier a y experiencia en servicios de difusi n y Tmira Solutions sus productos y conocimiento, desde la fabricaci n de los servidores que se alizan el servicio HbbTV hasta el desarrollo de la aplicaci n, pasando por la gesti n y el alojamiento de los v deos y se ales en directo.
La voluntad de Canal Sur de ofrecer a los andaluces contenidos en Ultra HD se ha concretado tanto en el desarrollo de esta aplicaci n 4K para su plataforma HbbTV como en la realizaci n de su primera emisi n en pruebas de contenido 4K sobre DVB-T2, la cual se puso en marcha con motivo de la ltima edici n del 4K-UHD Summit celebrada en Sevilla en noviembre del a o pasado.
