
Wheel in the Korda studios in Budapest Alatriste series Mediaset Spain En unos plat s con 14.000 metros cuadrados se rueda estos d as esta nueva serie en la que intervienen 2.500 figurantes, 50 especialistas y 40 actores. En cada cap tulo se invierten 145 horas de grabaci n con jornadas de 12 horas de trabajo.
Luchas a capa y espada, intrigas palaciegas, emboscadas y duelos de honor en el Madrid de los Austrias del siglo XVII son algunas de las escenas de Alatriste, superproducci n europea que lleva a la televisi n la saga literaria de Arturo P rez-Reverte y que actualmente se graba en Budapest.
Aitor Luna da vida a Diego Alatriste y Osorio, un soldado espa ol curtido en mil batallas y veterano capit n del Tercio Viejo de Cartagena que sobrevive alquilando su acero como espadach n a sueldo. El rodaje de esta producci n de aventuras de Mediaset Espa a y Beta Film con la colaboraci n DLO Producciones (productora capitaneada por Jos Manuel Lorenzo, creador de la adaptaci n televisiva de la serie), concluir el pr ximo mes de diciembre.
Situaciones caracter sticas de la Espa a del Siglo de Oro como la corrupci n de los distintos estamentos sociales, los complejos resortes del poder, la inoperancia de la corte y la degeneraci n de la Inquisici n y de los conventos monacales se abordan en las tramas de esta ficci n de poca protagonizada por Aitor Luna, Natasha Yarovenko, Luc a Jim nez, Patricia Vico, Aura Garrido y Carmen S nchez.
Tras las c maras de este relato pico se encuentra Enrique Urbizu (galardonado con dos Premios Goya al Mejor Director y Mejor Gui n Original por No habr paz para los malvados en 2012), aclamado cineasta bilba no que ha determinado la est tica y las l neas maestras de la serie dirigiendo los dos primeros cap tulos y encabezando el equipo de direcci n, en el que figuran nombres como Luis Oliveros (El ngel de Budapest), Salvador Calvo (La Duquesa I y II) y Norberto L pez Amado (El Rey) y los de los guionistas Alberto Mac as, Curro Royo, Carlos Molinero, Marisol Farr y David Mu oz.
Tres a os ha durado el proceso de preparaci n de la ficci n, en el que el propio P rez-Reverte ha colaborado en la revisi n de los guiones.
Madrid, Par s y el Vaticano, tres centros neur lgicos de la alta pol tica europea de la primera mitad del siglo XVII han sido recreados en los prestigiosos estudios Korda de Budapest, centro cinematogr fico donde se han rodado grandes producciones europeas como Los pilares de la Tierra, Un mundo sin fin and Los Borgia.
El plat y el backlot de Alatriste en Korda constituyen los principales sets de rodaje de la ficci n, que tambi n tiene como escenario las localidades h ngaras de G b lj r s, F t y Alcs t.
Producci n al estilo norteamericano
El Madrid de los Austrias y diversos enclaves del Vaticano y de la ciudad de Par s se han recreado en los estudios h ngaros para esta serie, que combina tanto exteriores naturales como secuencias en plat y cuya grabaci n tendr una duraci n total de 27 semanas, hasta el pr ximo 20 de diciembre.
Dos son los principales sets de rodaje de Alatriste en los estudios Korda: un plat cubierto de 6.000 metros cuadrados que alberga los interiores de los emblem ticos lugares donde transcurre la acci n en la saga de P rez-Reverte como el Alc zar Real, los palacios de Guadalmedina y Alqu zar, la Taberna del Turco, la casa de Quevedo, el teatro y la plater a, entre otros; y un backlot (superficie al aire libre donde se reproducen diversos exteriores) de 8.000 metros cuadrados, en el que se han simulado enclaves como los jardines del Alc zar, la entrada de la sede de la Santa Inquisici n, el Mentidero de San Felipe, la oficina del Registro y la muralla y puerta de acceso a Madrid.
Completan los decorados de esta producci n de aventuras los backlots de F t y G b lj r s, de 2.000 y 2.500 metros cuadrados, respectivamente, donde se han simulado la c rcel de la corte, el convento de las Jer nimas, un asilo y una aldea abandonada. Adem s, diversas secuencias de la ficci n tienen como escenario localizaciones naturales de los municipios h ngaros de G b lj r s y F t, as como el Jard n Bot nico de Alcs t.
M s de 40 actores y 2.500 figurantes conforman el equipo art stico de Alatriste, que adem s ha requerido la labor de 50 especialistas, muchos de los cuales participan en las secuencias a caballo y luchas de espadas de la ficci n.
Adem s, un centenar de profesionales integran el equipo t cnico de esta superproducci n que registra un promedio de 145 horas de grabaci n por cap tulo y que utiliza el sistema de rodaje t picamente norteamericano, que incluye jornadas de trabajo de 12 horas con un d a libre en la primera semana y dos d as de descanso en la siguiente semana.
