Mediaproxy to showcase new remote monitoring workflows at...

Mediaproxy, the global standard for IP compliance monitoring and multiviewing solutions, will be at this year s IBC on Stand 5.D76 in Amsterdam s RAI Convention Centre with new products and the latest upgrades for its established systems. Making European debuts will be Monwall Server, new remote monitoring features and a licensing arrangement to deploy the company s systems in the cloud as needed.

Key amongst these is the Monwall Server, an extension to Mediaproxy s well-established multiviewer. This new option enables Monwall to produce streaming outputs, including streams in a variety of low-latency formats, along with the ability to generate mosaics for multi-screen display. As well as traditional multiviewing operations, the Server allows for software-based and hybrid working, which reduces the need for additional virtual servers or machines.

The new cloud license for Mediaproxy s products creates an ad hoc service that enables deployment of LogServer and Monwall as required. This creates a scalable pay-per-use model aimed at either non-linear channels or occasional usage, such as for major sports events, with the ability to add to or reduce the number of monitoring points as required.
