kgs and Arvato Systems expand partnership
Neu-Isenburg/G tersloh - The partnership between IT service provider Arvato Systems and archiving specialist kgs, which has existed for over 10 years, is now to be further intensified. The two companies have agreed to intensify their cooperation in terms of content and to expand their joint customer base.
Arvato Systems has been using the archiving solutions from KGS Software GmbH for SAP projects and migration scenarios for many years. This usually involves larger SAP transformation projects with the requirement to implement legally compliant and audit-proof archiving. In the GSA region, the companies now wants to jointly tackle the new challenges of implementing archiving scenarios with SAP S/4HANA and RISE with SAP. The aim is also to support customers in the implementation of SAP archiving projects with bundled expertise.

This combination not only enables companies and public sector organizations to benefit in the short term, but also to position themselves for the future in the area of archiving. The networking of different systems within organizations, but also with external business partners, is becoming more and more common. This makes it all the more important to archive the associated data volumes reliably and efficiently at the same time.
In a joint webinar hosted by kgs and Arvato Systems on October 29, 2024, existing customers and interested parties will learn about the benefits of introducing kgs archiving solutions through Arvato Systems. Using concrete application scenarios, consultants from both companies will present how reliable and future-oriented the intelligent archiving of kgs solutions works.
kgs has succeeded in converting its SAP archiving solutions to a cloud-based architecture. Thanks to the partnership with Arvato Systems, it is now possible to provide customers with kgs SAP archiving solutions as a managed service.
