Prestigious title for Tvinci at CSI Awards 17 Sep 2013
Tvinci, the Pay OTT platform provider, has won the prestigious Best TV Everywhere/multi-screen video' title at this year's CSI Awards, for their OTT 2.0 platform, as deployed for MediaCorp in Singapore.
The CSI Awards are amongst the most prestigious and competitive technology awards in the industry and are designed to reward technical and product marketing excellence in the cable, satellite, terrestrial and IPTV sectors. The ceremony, now in its 11th year, took place in Amsterdam during the IBC Conference. Judged by a distinguished panel of experts made up from an impressive cross section of the industry, the Tvinci OTT 2.0 platform was a notable winner from the night's ceremony.

Mediacorp Singapore's largest media company selected Tvinci to bring VOD, catch up and live TV to consumers on its connected devices. Toggle' was launched in February 2013 and allows users to take premium and local content with them on their Android smartphones and tablets, connected TVs, PCs and Macs.
Tvinci's OTT 2.0 platform for personal pay TV is designed to address recent needs in the TV industry. It offers users linear content, catch-up TV and VOD on multiple devices and the ability to monetize this through multiple business models and ads. Tvinci is the only solutions provider with a turnkey solution for personal pay OTT TV which incorporates a robust backend, extensive user experience management including the ability to manage multiple users within one household and award winning front end applications. Since IBC 2012 Tvinci has won 8 key accounts, with additional customer announcements to follow.
Tvinci's second generation platform for OTT TV allows operators to deploy a family friendly' TV service, where each end user has their own profile within the domain with one subscription. Each account is unique, with its own favorites, social feed and Follow Me' function where a piece of content can be paused in the middle and played back later on any device, with the same account.
