Los Angeles Times confirms that popular actress Andrea Evans, who starred in Passions and The Bold and Beautiful has passed away at 66 years.

ANDREA EVANS: CAUSE OF DEATH Nick Leicht, who was actress Andrea Evans' manager confirmed to the publication that the former The Bold and Beautiful actress died Sunday, 9 July at her home in Pasadena due to breast cancer.

Leicht revealed in a statement that he's been working with Evans for the past seven years and she was a tremendous talent and an absolute joy to work with.

She is survived by her husband, Stephen Rodriguez, and their daughter, Kylie.

HER ROLES IN PASSIONS' AND THE BOLD AND BEAUTIFUL' The two-time Emmy-nominated actress Andrea Evans is known for playing the characters of Patty Williams on The Young and the Restless from 1983 to 1984 and Tawny Moore on The Bold and the Beautiful from 1999 to 2000.

Evans is also famously known for playing Rebecca Hotchkiss on Passions for eight years (2000 to 2008).

She recently appeared on the drama series The Bay, also appeared in One Life to Live and many more.
