NELVANA ENTERPRISES UNVEILS NEW ANIMATED PRODUCTIONS AT MIPCOM
(Toronto, Canada) Nelvana Enterprises will introduce three exciting new animated productions at this year's MIPCOM, along with fresh seasons of BEYBLADE, Detentionaire, Scaredy Squirrel and Sidekick.

This comedy for kids 6-11 is from Philippe Ivanusic-Vallee and Peter Ricq, part of the creative team behind the League of Super Evil. In the series, a crazy band of partying aliens have invaded Earth and snatched away all of the planet's grownups. Luckily, Nate and his Super Wicked Extreme Emergency Team (S.W.E.E.T.) are on the case to take back the world. Operating from their secret headquarters in a mega-mall, they wage a resistance against the zany Brainlings, in a plan to elude capture, and find their parents. Young audiences will be immersed in the wonky anarchy of a world without parents, where the kids make the rules. 26 half-hour episodes (52 x 11-minute segments)
Franklin and Friends Two Specials: Pole to Pole and Under the Sea
Join Franklin the turtle and his friends as they embark on two incredible new adventures outside of Woodland. In their first journey, Pole to Pole, Franklin and his friends journey from the Arctic to Antarctica in a winter wonderland adventure. Their second journey, Under the Sea, tracks the crew as they explore the incredible world that exists right under their home as they take part in an underwater rescue! These two specials take the TV series far outside of Woodland and promise to be packed full of comic adventures for young viewers. For preschoolers. 2 x 44-minute specials
Paboo & Mojies
Direct from Japan, Nelvana welcomes you to Mojies Town a magical land filled with Mojies where letters and learning combine to create laughter for all! Paboo is a fun loving and curious boy panda, and he and his group of larger-than-life friends explore and problem-solve in their quirky, imaginative and sometimes zany world! Each episode sees the Mojies (Japanese for letters of the alphabet) and Maki (the Mojies book fairy of course!) help Paboo to discover the Magic Word and solve the problem of the day! Paboo & Mojies is a top-rated show in Japan (BS Fuji TV) and will treat an international audience to real Japanese characters, animation and storytelling that could only come from Japan. For preschoolers. 26 x half-hour episodes (52 x 11-minute segments)
