
Sequoia laid the first stone of its city of the Tele in Tres Cantos (Madrid) El complejo contar en su primera fase con cuatro plat s con espacios anexos con todo lo necesario para la producci n. Se trata de 22.000 metros cuadrados destinados a albergar en un solo lugar todo lo necesario para el desarrollo de la industria audiovisual: plat s, producci n, postproducci n y realizaci n.
Seis a os despu s de su presentaci n Ra l Berdon s, presidente de Grupo Secuoya, ha puesto esta ma ana en presencia del alcalde de Tres Cantos, Jes s Moreno, la primera piedra de la que ser la Ciudad de la Tele.
El acto cont igualmente con la participaci n de Pelayo Garc a Costales, arquitecto encargado del complejo as como Javier Rivera, de Grupo San Jos , constructora de la Ciudad de la Tele.
Un total de 22.000 metros cuadrados que ejercer n de centro neur lgico para las empresas audiovisuales que lo precisen. Tras estos a os de planificaci n, 2017 ha supuesto el a o clave para la construcci n de las instalaciones en su primera fase. En marzo se comenz con la instalaci n de la valla protectora. El pasado 10 de mayo se iniciaron propiamente las obras, tras la luz verde del Ayuntamiento de Tres Cantos y las administraciones pertinentes.
Tras los trabajos previos por parte de la constructora, la simb lica colocaci n hoy de la primera piedra supone, en palabras de Ra l Berdon s, el comienzo del proyecto en el que llevamos trabajando m s tiempo, el que nos ha generado m s ilusi n y el de mayor inversi n en la historia del grupo . En concreto, el presidente de Secuoya avanz que el presupuesto de ejecuci n en esta primera fase ser de m s de 8 millones de euros, complementarios a los m s de 12 millones en instalaciones y medios t cnicos, haciendo un montante total que superar los 20 millones de euros .
Situada en una de las ubicaciones con mayor proyecci n de la capital, denominada Nuevo Tres Cantos, la primera fase de la Ciudad de la Tele contempla 9.500 metros cuadrados construidos en los que se albergar n 4 plat s de producci n audiovisual y espacios creados ex profeso para la producci n, realizaci n y edici n de programas de televisi n y cine. Cada plat (de 1.200 metros cuadrados) incorporar su propia rea de producci n y postproducci n anexa de 450 metros cuadrados cada una.
reas de decorados, camerinos y vestuarios as como una superficie destinada a almacenes tambi n formar n parte del complejo. Cabe destacar que, por funcionalidad, cada plat tendr sus propias oficinas, camerinos, salas para postproducci n, montaje, funcionando as cada uno de forma aut noma como si de un edificio independiente se tratase. Un amplio aparcamiento y un muelle de carga completan las instalaciones. Debido a las dimensiones de los terrenos que ubicar n la Ciudad de la Tele, las instalaciones contar n con una gran explanada para grabar al aire libre, con un cuarto plat exterior. Paralelamente, m s de 3.000 metros cuadrados albergar n espacios destinados a oficinas.
La Ciudad de la Tele plantea un cambio en los planes de negocio del audiovisual, reuniendo en un solo lugar todo lo necesario para el desarrollo de la industria: plat s, producci n, postproducci n y realizaci n. El objetivo es liderar el segmento de servicios para televisi n optimizando los costes y garantizando la capacidad de producci n. Para ello, Secuoya aporta su larga experiencia en la gesti n de medios t cnicos y recursos humanos para la producci n y distribuci n
de televisi n.
Urbe de producci n
La ciudad de la Tele ver la luz en el ltimo trimestre de 2018 como una aut ntica urbe de producci n: la parte administrativa contar con m s de 250 puestos de trabajo mientras que las zonas destinadas y plat s y servicios a la producci n se podr n concitar hasta 400 profesionales trabajando de forma simult nea.
Arquitect nicamente, la Ciudad de la Tele est concebida como una construcci n singular y eficiente. Un edificio que reduce el coste energ tico y optimiza su uso. Pelayo Garc a Costales, arquitecto del proyecto, no pudo disimular su ilusi n con un trabajo que es el sue o de cualquier arquitecto . Por su parte, Javier Rivera, director de Edificabilidad de Grupo San Jos , asegur que acometer este proyecto nos llena de satisfacci n: aunque somos una empresa gallega, nuestra segunda cuna es Tres Cantos, pues estamos afincados aqu desde el a o 1999 .
