Nokia Grow Partners invests in Hipmunk, an online and mobile travel service with multi-platform integration

San Francisco - Nokia Growth Partners (NGP) today announced a new investment in San Francisco based travel company Hipmunk. The investment marks NGPs 15th investment in a growth-stage mobile company this year.

Hipmunk is a metasearch travel service for mobile and online that makes travel planning fast and easy through their unique visual user experience. It offers comprehensive multi-platform flight and hotel search via partnerships with online travel agencies and alternative lodging providers like Airbnb and HomeAway. Hipmunk today announced a new partnership with Yelp making Hipmunk the first and only current hotel provider to provide Yelp users booking access to tens of thousands of U.S. hotels.
