As the year comes to a close, we can feel the invigorating wind sweeping in for awards season. Yesterday, The Gotham Film & Media Institute unveiled the nominations for the 35th annual Gotham Awards and we were honored to see 15 nods to Sundance Institute and Film Festival-supported projects!
Mary Bronstein's 2025 Festival film If I Had Legs, I'd Kick You topped our list with four nominations for the Rose Byrne-led drama, while four of our nonfiction films are nominated for Best Documentary including My Undesirable Friends: Part I - Last Air in Moscow, which was directly supported by our Catalyst program.
