Mobilit t f r morgen - Schaeffler auf dem CTI Symposium 2017
Schaeffler setzt auf integrierte Betrachtung von Antriebsarchitekturen
Eine CO2-neutrale Mobilit t ist das Ziel. Auf dem Weg dahin steht der Automobilbranche ein bunter Strau an Antriebsoptionen zur Verf gung. Bei der Entwicklung von ma geschneiderten Systeml sungen f r den elektrifizierten Antriebsstrang setzt Schaeffler auf Hybridtechnologien mit effizientem Verbrenner, rein elektrische Antriebe sowie auf einen umweltgerechten und nachhaltigen Blick auf die gesamte Energiekette.
Ziel und Ideall sung ist ein abgasfreies und klimaneutrales Fahrzeug, betrieben mit regenerativen Energiequellen. So ein radikaler Umstieg erfolgt aber nicht ber Nacht , betont Prof. Peter Gutzmer, Technologie-Vorstand von Schaeffler, auf dem 16. CTI Symposium in Berlin und stellt parallel die integrierte Betrachtung der Energie- und Antriebsoptionen f r zuk nftige Mobilit tsanforderungen in den Mittelpunkt.
Als Automobilzulieferer setzt Schaeffler nicht nur auf High-End-Engineering im Bereich der systemischen Elektroantriebe, sondern auch auf fortschrittlichstes Knowhow bei Produkten im Bereich der Getriebesysteme und effizienten Verbrennungstechnologie. Es geht um die weltweite Reduzierung von Emissionen und zwar jetzt. Daf r m ssen wir auch den Verbrenner sauberer gestalten , erg nzt Gutzmer und hebt hervor: Nur in einem geschickten Zusammenspiel der verschiedenen Energiequellen und Antriebstopologien kann der Umbruch gelingen und eine Versorgungssicherheit sichergestellt werden.
Mobilit t kann nur nachhaltig sein, wenn die gesamte Energiekette betrachtet wird: von der Energieerzeugung ber die Konvertierung und Speicherung bis hin zu technischen L sungen f r die verschiedensten Antriebsstr nge ( Well-to-Wheel ). So emittiert ein Elektrofahrzeug immer noch bis zu 65 Prozent der CO2-Menge eines vergleichbaren Fahrzeugs mit Benzinmotor, wenn man den aktuellen Strommix innerhalb der Europ ischen Union zugrunde legt. Wird das Elektrofahrzeug hingegen zu 100 Prozent mit regenerativ erzeugtem Strom geladen, sinkt die CO2-Emission - verglichen mit dem konventionellen Fahrzeug - auf nur noch drei Prozent. Damit wird deutlich: Nachhaltige Mobilit t kann nur dann gelingen, wenn auch die Prim renergie zur Fortbewegung, die in unterschiedlichen Antriebskonzepten (BEV, FCEV, ICEV, PHEV, synthetische Kraftstoffe) m ndet, regenerativ erzeugt wird.
Ma geschneiderte Systeml sungen f r den elektrifizierten Antriebsstrang
Die Weichen f r das Zeitalter der elektrifizierten Antriebsarchitekturen hat Schaeffler Ende der neunziger Jahre mit Hybridprodukten im Getriebeumfeld und der begonnenen Forschungs- und Entwicklungsarbeit gestellt. Heute blickt das Unternehmen auf ein breites Elektromobilit ts-Produktportfolio. Von Hybridmodulen ber die elektrische Achse bis hin zum Radnabenantrieb k nnen Schaeffler-Produkte in Hybrid-Fahrzeugen und reinen Elektroautos integriert werden. Systeme wie die E-Clutch erm glichen unter anderem die Funktionen Start-Stopp und Segeln beim Handschalter kombiniert mit einer Hybridisierung im Riementrieb. So l sst sich bereits heute im realen Fahrbetrieb der CO2-Aussto um bis zu 10 Prozent reduzieren.
Mit der elektrischen Achse hat Schaeffler eine modulare Baukastenl sung f r Hybridfahrzeuge und reine Elektroautos erarbeitet. Die Bandbreite der E-Achsen f ngt bei der eing ngigen bersetzung in koaxialer oder achsparalleler Bauweise an. Durch die Planetenbauweise des Differentials ist das Getriebe extrem kompakt und bietet viel Bauraum f r die elektrische Maschine, die als PSM (permanenterregte Synchronmaschine) oder ASM (Asynchronmaschine) mit oder ohne Leistungselektronik ausgef hrt werden kann. Die Basiskonfiguration l sst sich durch zus tzliche funktionale Elemente erweitern. So kann beispielsweise eine Parksperre integriert werden.
Besonders bei Plug-In-Hybrid-Fahrzeugen, bei denen ein dynamischer, rein elektrischer Betrieb bis 120 km/h und gleichzeitig eine hohe Endgeschwindigkeit gefordert sind, ergibt sich die Notwendigkeit eines zweiten Gangs. Durch die von Schaeffler entwickelte Zweigangachse l sst sich die Querdynamik mittels eines Bauelements f r Torque Vectoring verbessern. Diese Funktion wird durch die Addition eines entsprechenden Getriebes und einer im Bereich von sieben Kilowatt ausgelegten E-Maschine m glich.
Die Effizienz und damit Verbrauchseinsparungen von Hybrid-Automobilen mit Antriebsarchitekturen mit elektrischer Maschine, Leistungselektronik, Batterie und erg nzendem Verbrennungsmotor h ngt vom perfekten Zusammenspiel aller Komponenten ab. Hier bietet die jahrzehntelange System- und Komponentenexpertise von Schaeffler den Kunden einen betr chtlichen Mehrwert. Neben dem mechanischen Aufbau der elektrischen Antriebssysteme ben tigen E-Fahrzeuge eine Leistungselektronik. Auch hier ist Schaeffler mit bauraumoptimierten Leistungstechnologien in der Lage, elektrische Energie effizient umzuwandeln, zu steuern und ins Gesamtsystem zu integrieren.
