NextRadioTV implements a comprehensive solution of routing Riedel MediorNet El sistema MediorNet de 204 nodos ha sido instalado en las nuevas instalaciones de NextRadioTV en el campus de Par s del Grupo Altice.
NextRadioTV ha desplegado una red de se ales en tiempo real a gran escala con ayuda de MediorNet of Riedel Communications para servir como columna vertebral de la nueva infraestructura audiovisual de este innovador broadcaster.
The system MediorNet de 204 nodos ha sido instalado en las nuevas instalaciones de NextRadioTV en el campus de Par s del Grupo Altice, que adquiri NextRadioTV en 2016, para soportar la distribuci n, enrutamiento y procesamiento de la se al a trav s de una nica red descentralizada en tiempo real.
Antoine Robelin, director t cnico de NextRadioTV, comenta que nuestro traslado al campus de Altice nos dio una gran oportunidad para construir instalaciones t cnicas desde cero y establecer una infraestructura com n para todos nuestros canales de televisi n y radio. La tecnolog a escalable y de ltima generaci n integrada en estas nuevas instalaciones nos da mayor agilidad en la producci n y transmisi n de eventos a trav s de nuestro notable portafolio de noticias, documentales y deportes en vivo las 24 horas del d a, los 7 d as de la semana .
Adem s de soportar operaciones diarias flexibles, nuestro equipo Riedel nos da la capacidad de aprovechar tecnolog as de red maduras y confiables que eventualmente soportar n una transici n sin problemas hacia el IP , destaca.
La instalaci n de MediorNet en NextRadioTV incluye 18 routers de fibra de n cleo MetroN y 186 dispositivos de red de distribuci n de media de alta densidad MicroN distribuidos por todo el campus. El backbone MediorNet aprovecha una nueva infraestructura de cableado, incluyendo una gran cantidad de fibras oscuras previamente instaladas, para hacer frente a factores como las largas distancias entre los estudios de producci n, las salas de control y las salas t cnicas, y la necesidad de poder escalar de forma r pida y sencilla a nuevos requisitos.
The concepto descentralizado de MediorNet tambi n fue clave en la gesti n de una mudanza suave y progresiva del edificio anterior al nuevo. Se utilizaron fibras oscuras en ambos edificios para crear la red en tiempo real, lo que facilit a n m s el proceso de migraci n. La flexibilidad del equipo Riedel permiti incluso a NextRadioTV dise ar e implementar nuevas galer as mientras la nueva instalaci n estaba en marcha.
Franck Berger, director general de Riedel para Francia y frica, reconoce sentirse muy orgullo de ver nuestra tecnolog a MediorNet en el coraz n de este nuevo escaparate de tecnolog a broadcast en Par s. Con MediorNet, NextRadioTV est equipado para adoptar innovaciones como el enrutamiento descentralizado mientras adopta un enfoque reflexivo y gradual hacia las redes y flujos de trabajo basados en IP .
