MTS Launches Investor Relations Mobile Application

Moscow, Russian Federation - Mobile TeleSystems OJSC ( MTS or the Company - NYSE: MBT), the leading telecommunications provider in Russia and the CIS, announces the release of its free investor relations app available for iPad.

The MTS investor relations app allows users to easily navigate the company's publicly available financial information from their mobile device. The app will house quarterly disclosures, presentation materials, annual reviews and press releases, as well as provide access to upcoming investor events and conferences. Users will be automatically notified when new content is made available.

The app is free and is available in the Apple App Store. To download the mobile app, either search for MTS Investor Relations App in the App Store or click the hyperlink.
