La serie de Globo Bajo Presi n' tendr su premiere internacional en la 42. edici n del Toronto International Film Festival, el reconocido festival de cine que tendr lugar entre el 7 y el 17 de septiembre en Toronto, Canad . Se presentar n los dos primeros episodios en la tercera edici n del Primetime, parte del festival que se destina al estreno internacional de producciones de televisi n de diversos pa ses, como Alemania, EUA, Brasil y Canad . Durante la sesi n estar n presentes Andrucha Waddington, el director art stico de la serie; Mini Kerti, directora de la obra, y Lucas Paraizo, uno de los guionistas.
Lanzamiento destacado de Globo para la pr xima edici n del MIPCOM, Bajo Presi n' es una serie brasile a genuina que retrata intensamente los dramas y conflictos que vive un equipo de m dicos de un hospital de escasos recursos en los suburbios de R o de Janeiro. La serie, que est al aire en el late prime time de Globo desde el 25 de julio, es un gran xito de audiencia y ha cosechado, un promedio de m s de 38 millones de espectadores por episodio. La trama tambi n est movilizando al p blico online y logr el primer lugar en la Social Wit List de julio entre los estrenos de Am rica Latina m s comentados en las redes sociales, y el tercero entre las producciones mundiales que se estrenaron en ese mes.
Una coproducci n de Globo con Conspira o Filmes, creada por Luiz Noronha, Claudio Torres y Renato Fagundes a partir de una idea original de Mini Kerti, la serie de Jorge Furtado, que escribe los episodios con Lucas Paraizo, Antonio Prata y Marcio Alem o, es el resultado del largometraje de Andrucha Waddington que lleva el mismo nombre. Bajo Presi n' muestra el d a a d a de los m dicos que deben enfrentar la dura realidad de un entorno ca tico y sortear las adversidades para mantener vivos a los pacientes. Su intensidad es parte de una producci n innovadora, que cont con grabaciones realizadas en reas fuera de uso de un hospital p blico, lo que le da m s realismo a la trama. Jorge Furtado y el equipo de guionistas se sumergieron en la realidad del sistema p blico de salud de R o de Janeiro para inspirarse en casos reales, lo que dio lugar a la creaci n de historias impresionantes, que traen temas de suma importancia para la sociedad, como el abuso, el suicidio, el sida, el maltrato y la negligencia. Asimismo, la producci n de la trama cont con el asesoramiento del m dico Marcio Maranh o, autor del libro Sob Press o A rotina de guerra de um m dico brasileiro (Bajo Presi n - La rutina de guerra de um m dico brasile o, traducci n libre), que inspir la realizaci n del largometraje y de la serie, para garantizar que los aspectos t cnicos de la medicina concordaran con los aspectos de la dramaturgia.
