Signature d'une convention au titre du Pacte Dfense PME
Neuilly-sur-Seine,le 4 fvrier 2013 Jean-Bernard Levy, Prsident-directeur Gnral de Thales et Jean-Yves Le Drian, Ministre de la Dfense, ont sign une convention bilatrale de soutien aux PME dans le cadre du Pacte Dfense PME. Lanc par le gouvernement le 27 novembre 2012, ce Pacte vise soutenir les PME du secteur de la Dfense. Cette signature s'est droule lors de l'inauguration de Cristal, campus de Thales Gennevilliers.
La signature de cette convention entre l'Etat et Thales marque le soutien concret que nous souhaitons apporter ensemble au dveloppement des PME et des ETI au service de la dfense de notre pays et plus largement de l'innovation, de la comptitivit, de la croissance et de l'emploi. Au moment o nous inaugurons ce campus, qui met la disposition de la communaut de dfense et de scurit un outil formidable pour inventer et dvelopper les nouveaux concepts industriels, je crois qu'il y a, dans ce Pacte Dfense PME un autre beau dfi que le ministre est heureux de relever avec THALES, a indiqu Jean-Yves Le Drian.
Alain Monjaux, Directeur de la relation fournisseurs et mdiateur de Thales pour les PME, souligne que le Groupe a une dmarche volontariste qui vise depuis plusieurs annes amliorer la qualit de la relation avec ses PME en la rendant plus quilibre et plus responsable. Par la signature de la convention bilatrale au titre du Pacte Dfense PME, nous confirmons notre engagement et notre soutien envers nos nombreux partenaires qui contribuent stimuler notre capacit d''innovation dans un esprit gagnant-gagnant
Thales est trs ancr dans le tissu conomique et industriel franais. Chaque anne, 75% des achats en France est ainsi sous-trait vers diffrentes entreprises nationales. Au cur de cette supply chain, Thales compte parmi ses fournisseurs plus de 4000 PME et Entreprises de Taille Intermdiaire (ETI) franaises, dont plus de 500 sont troitement associes aux activits de Recherche et Dveloppement du Groupe. Ces acteurs conomiques participent la russite industrielle de Thales et les bonnes relations entretenues permettent d'amliorer la comptitivit du Groupe, notamment par le biais d'opportunits d'innovation prsentes sur les marchs.
La signature de cette convention bilatrale s'inscrit pour le groupe Thales dans la poursuite de ses actions auprs des PME menes depuis plusieurs annes. Le Groupe est dj signataire dela Charte des relations interentreprises entre les grands Groupes et les PME et de la Charte des PME innovantes, et membre actif de Pacte PME. Dernirement, Thales a reu le label Relations Fournisseurs Responsables.
En signant cette convention, Thales s'engage par ailleurs, en cohrence avec son implication dans Pacte PME, poursuivre et renforcer ses efforts en termes de bonnes pratiques participant ainsi au dveloppement des PME en relation avec les marchs de dfense, les aider dans leurs projets d'innovation tout en contribuant leur dveloppement futur, favoriser des relations partenariales et quilibres avec les fournisseurs et renforcer ainsi sa contribution la scurisation des intrts de Dfense Nationale.

Le Pacte Dfense PME contient 40 mesures concrtes et immdiates pour les Petites et moyennes entreprises (PME) et les Entreprises de taille intermdiaire (ETI). Il poursuit des objectifs de croissance, d'innovation et de comptitivit, mais rpond galement une responsabilit affiche du ministre de la Dfense, en tant que premier acheteur public de l'Etat, de soutenir la base industrielle et technologique de dfense franaise, et en particulier les PME
Il s'articule autour de quatre grands axes: Penser PME pour mieux prendre en compte les PME dans la stratgie d'achat de l'ensemble du ministre, faciliter le passage de la recherche au dveloppement en consolidant dans la dure le soutien financier l'innovation des PME, amliorer les relations entre donneurs d'ordre et fournisseurs par des conventions bilatrales passes entre le ministre et les grands groupes et enfin, renforcer l'action en rgion et accompagner les PME dans le cadre du nouveau dispositif de soutien leur dveloppement.
