Wednesday 25 March, 2015 Multi-award winning broadcaster UKTV today announced it had acquired the UK exclusive for the latest series of crime franchise Born To Kill, for its entertainment channel, Really.
Born To Kill is the latest addition to Reallys popular Friday Night Crime programming which also includes Cold Justice and I Survived Evil.
Born To Kill is a British true crime TV series, taking an in-depth look at the childhood and formative years of serial killers and is made by Twofour. Series six will air on Really in May, 2015. The deal for Born To Kill was brokered by UKTVs Acquisitions and Co-Productions Manager, Emma Sparks and was ordered by Reallys General Manager, Emma Ayech.
Really has also acquired a number of new shows in the crime genre including, Murder: Did They Do It? and I Fell For a Psychopath, both pre sales negotiated by TCB Media Rights. Each show has been re-titled for the British market having aired internationally as Did He Do It? and Handsome Devils respectively.

The deal was brokered by Holly Hodges for Twofour Rights.
Reallys Friday Night Crime has had a strong start to the year and in January-February it delivered an average audience up 12% on last year.
Overall Crime content attracted solid audience numbers to Really in 2014, reaching over 16m individuals across the year. It was also amongst 2014s top volume drivers with crime content accounting for four of Reallys top 20 rating titles in 2014. Really enjoyed a strong start to 2015 with viewing in Jan and Feb growing 35% Year-on-Year.
