Matrox Monarch LCS video content capture appliance recognized as best new product in two media and communication categories
MMONTREAL, Quebec - October 20, 2017 - Matrox Video today announced that the Matrox Monarch LCS video content capture appliance has been recognized by Worship Facilities Conference & Expo (WFX) for two major industry accolades: WFX New Product Award for Best Media & Communications Product (podcasting, webcasting, or streaming) and WFX Category Winner for Best Media & Communications Product. WFX judges selected Monarch LCS to be one of the most innovative technology products for the house of worship market.

Matrox Monarch LCS - Video Content Capture Appliance
Matrox Monarch LCS is an all-in-one device with HD streaming, recording, and production capabilities. The easy-to-use content capture appliance accepts video from any SDI or HDMI camera and presentation content from computers over HDMI. Inputs can be encoded independently and in sync for use with the latest multi-stream video players. The inputs can also be combined in a variety of production layouts, including picture-in-picture and side-by-side, for use with standard video players. In recording applications, the encoders write H.264 files (MP4 or MOV) directly to network-mapped drives, eliminating the need for post-service file transfer.
