G tersloh - The Workflow Accounts Payable (Version 7) solution developed by Arvato Systems from its own product family Smart Information Management Solutions (S.I.M.S. WAP) has repeatedly received the certification SAP Certified - Powered by SAP NetWeaver from SAP SE. The Arvato Systems solution ensures optimized highly functional, and reliable invoice verification. Additionally, this certification ensures that the new version can be integrated with the SAP NetWeaver technology platform 7.50 as well as meeting the technology and quality requirements of the SAP Integration and Certification Center (SAP ICC).

Thanks to consistent automation, S.I.M.S. WAP reduces the users workload by accelerating processes from invoice receipt via e-mail, web service, or scan to data capture, invoice verification, posting, and archiving. The solution allows full flexibility to change the company code and document type before a final posting is made, whether you know the purchase order reference, dunning notices, down payment request, or third-party transaction. It is even possible to post debit-like processes such as credit memo procedures to customer accounts. The solution can be extensively adapted to the individual needs within departments. Flexible monitoring supports the control of the day-to-day business and the creation of reserves for period-end closing. Also, users can provide information at any time, have an overview of due dates, and support liquidity management. Compliance requirements are met through automated controls and logging, rights management, proxy verification, and complete electronic archiving. In case the help of the purchasing department is needed, the customer can integrate that help with only one click. During the Web release, the department can request specific information, such as serial numbers of tangible assets, or details for subsequent recharges via specially designed dialogs.
