Broadcast Rental is een jong bedrijf dat werkt voor facilitaire bedrijven, omroepen en televisieproducenten. Na een succesvol 2015 hebben wij onze bedrijfsruimte op het Media Park in Hilversum verdubbeld om de groei te kunnen accommoderen en aan de toenemende vraag van onze klanten te kunnen voldoen. We hebben ons in korte tijd ontwikkeld tot n van de toonaangevende verhuurbedrijven van professionele AV apparatuur en service verleners in Europa. Functie omschrijving
Voor deze functie zoeken wij een energieke, communicatief vaardige medewerker die alles op alles zet om de beleving van de klant zo optimaal mogelijk te maken. In veel gevallen ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt bij Broadcast Rental en dus start de klantbeleving bij jou! Je bent creatief, gaat probleemoplossend te werk en kunt goed multitasken. Bovendien ben je vooral zeer servicegericht.
In de rol van Office Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor alle kantoor werkzaamheden van ons bedrijf met een focus op de planning. Je houdt van organiseren en structureren in een organisatie die altijd in beweging is. Je hebt enige operationele ervaring in de AV branche en bent een echte duizendpoot, waardoor je het uitgebreide en veelzijdige takenpakket een uitdaging vindt.
Je snapt hoe social media werkt en onderhoudt dan ook onze verschillende accounts op bijvoorbeeld LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter en Youtube.
Taken
Als Office Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor een breed takenpakket:
Planning van middelen en systemen
Logistiek, e-mail en telefonische behandeling en archivering
Database onderhouden en zorgen dat alle informatie up-to-date is
Alle secretari le en administratieve ondersteunende taken
PR en Marketing: social media, website, foto archief.
Functie eisen
Wij nemen alleen kandidaten op in de selectieprocedure die voldoen aan de hierna genoemde eisen:
Je functioneert goed zelfstandig maar bent ook een echte teamplayer
Uitstekende kennis van Nederlands en Engels in woord en geschrift
Bij voorkeur ook kennis van Frans en Duits in woord en schrift
Uitstekende kennis van MS-Office

Fulltime beschikbaar
Je bent accuraat, zelfstandig, hebt een flexibele werkhouding en geen 9 tot 5 mentaliteit
Je werkt resultaatgericht en commercieel gedreven.
