While reforming itself by increased strength and good performance, Hailun Pianos has conducted a series of measures including the promotion of transparent and standardized corporate governance and construction of corporate image in the public after it became a listed enterprise. By doing so, it has further enhanced the enterprise's core competitiveness and paved a solid foundation for the sustainability in the future.
Before the enterprise was listed, it was like a conventional racer. Later on , it was like a super power racer a simile used by Chen Hailun, president of Hailun Pianos to stress the significance of being listed to the enterprise.
Becoming a listed enterprise has not only brought us a lot of funds but also brought us a very good publicity effect which can only be generated from expensive advertisement. It is just like a racing car becoming a car of Ferrari and you can receive a lot of attention from the outside. said Chen Hailun. Fund and brand have become a pair of strong flapping wing for us he added.
We must embark on a socialized path if we want to become a centennial enterprise. This is the direction we have been heading towards and the most important thing for us is to realize the socialized corporate governance. said Chen Hailun. To be a listed enterprise makes us a public enterprise. The stringent regulatory system in stock market and transparent governance can offer us systematic security for our sustainable and sound development in the future. He said.
It is learned that apart from making pianos, the enterprise also extends its industrial chain to the artistic educational field both online and offline. It not only focuses on piano-related education but also covers the field of instrument, painting, vocal music, dancing and so on.
Last year, we integrated 10 artistic educational institutions in several provinces for piloting and more than 45,000 students attended the training. In the future, we will further expand our business into many areas across the country. said Chen Hailun. Currently, designing training textbooks, cultivating management and teaching teams and planning brands are just underway steadily. This is a brand new start and if we were not a listed enterprise, we could not simply have such big funds and capabilities to expand our business. He added.
